Memorial Villages
The Memorial Villages is a collection of a few most exclusive and desirable communities in the entire city of Houston. Located along Buffalo Bayou and I-10, these independent cities that operate autonomously of Houston and have joint fire and police coverage. These communities, which include Spring Valley Village, Piney Point Village, Bunker Hill Village, Hedwig Village, Hilshire Village and Hunters Creek Village, are heavily deed restricted and offer a wooded sanctuary from the nearby city. The Houston Country Club, one of Houston’s most exclusive golf clubs in the city, is located within the borders of this great area.
Besides the large lots, great homes, and country clubs, Memorial Villages is home to some really great schools. With the headliner being one of the top High Schools in the city, Memorial High School. Located in Spring Branch ISD, the area schools are well funded and highly sought after.
