Homes Sold51 homes sold in the Washington Corridor in the month of February, 29 detached homes and 22 townhomes/condos. This is down from last February, which saw 58 total sales. 14 of the properties sold were new construction, down from February 2010, which saw 16 new construction sales.
Active ListingsThere are 520 properties currently on the market, 304 detached homes and 216 townhomes/condos. In February, 96 of the 520 listings are new listings and 94 of the sellers have reduced their price.
Home PricesOver the past 12 months, the median sales price for detached properties was relatively flat at $320,000 from the same period last year. Townhomes/Condominiums have rose to $273,000, a 1% increase.
